What ships and what doesn't
Mediocre Customs sells two kinds of products on this site, and they're handled differently:

Wheels, performance parts and accessories ship. These can be shipped to you or picked up at our shop.

Car audio and 12-volt products are in-store only. This includes speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, processors, radios and OEM integration, remote start and security, lighting and 12-volt accessories such as wiring, install kits and harnesses. These are for in-store pickup or installation at our Cary, IL shop and are not shipped.
Wheels
Wheels are made to order and sold by quote. When you request a quote, we'll confirm fitment, finish, pricing and the shipping cost to your address before anything is charged. We'll give you an estimated build and ship date with your quote. Wheels can also be picked up at our shop.
Performance parts and accessories
Performance parts and accessories ship at the rate shown at checkout. For large, heavy or freight items, we'll contact you with a shipping quote before your order ships. In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days; if an item needs to be ordered in, we'll let you know the estimated date.
Tracking, delivery and damage
Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number. Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, message us right away with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Shipping times from the carrier are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
In-store pickup
- Choose in-store pickup at checkout.
- We'll let you know when your order is ready.
- Bring your order number and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.
- Pickup location: 176 Detroit St Ste 13, Cary, IL 60013.
Booking your install
If you're having us install your purchase, message us with your vehicle and order number and we'll book your install. Installation is quoted separately from the product price.
